Video Eye Corporation (Shell & Core-UG) - To install approximately 270'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC, connected in West Golden Trout property line United Water tap and routed into a fire sprinkler control room located near columns "3.5" and "A", in new 37,750-ft/2, two story, concrete tilt-up office/warehouse shell and core building. This is only an underground fire sprinkler supply for a shell and core permit. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 and the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00300.
