This tenant space has a floor area of about 11,857-ft/2. The core (restrooms, elevators, stairways, corridor, etc.) has an area of about 2,663-ft/2. The tenant will occupy the entire floor. Fire sprinkler work is also related to interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, and high-rise life safety systems (and the infrastructure supporting these systems) for the 17th floor are regulated under the provisions of the 2000 IBC. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
