(Bown Crossing Market Place-Bldg H) * To install a complete overhead fire sprinkler protection in a new 6,557-ft/2 two story shell only building for retail on the 1st floor and an A-2 Occupancy on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor is 3,457-ft/2 and the 2nd floor is 3,100-ft/2. This building is fully fire sprinklered per NFPA 13 for story increase for the second floor and code reduction. A plan modification to install an elevator with accessible entrance to the elevator from each separate tenant space, add a new door to the existing center stair enclosure for accessible route to the second floor in this building included 04/02/04. Separate permits with associated plans must be obtained and approved for each tenant space to be occupied. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work. The underground fire service supply was installed under FIR04-00108.
