The associated building permit (BLD 04-01931) is to include remodel to the south main entrance/exit vestibule to the building extending it out under the existing canopy, new doors at the east entrance/exit to the building, exterior site/slab work at the main entrance/exit and at the loading dock area with a new retaining wall and fence, new storefront windows and doors, new automatic doors, new concrete footings and foundation walls under entrance/exit extension walls, new noncombustible bulkhead wall, some suspended ceiling work, minor fire sprinkler work, and minor electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. (PC#0478-03) JCB (DESERET INDUSTRIES) New exterior remodel work to an existing 52,052 sq. ft. building with a 3,100 sq. ft. storage mezzanine per approved plans on file and CZC03-00095. This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. The building has a current Certificate of Occupancy issued by Ada County on file with the City Records Department.
