MICRON BUILDING #33 (PCS #6422) - Fire sprinkler modification, additions and adjustments for the remodel of approximately 34,150-ft/2 located on the first floor of an existing 68,180-ft/2, two story manufacturing building. No work being proposed for the second floor and a 5,760-ft/2 area at the southeast corner of the first floor and restrooms, break room, facilities shop and shipping and receiving areas located on the west end of the first floor areas under this permit. There are no rated corridors required within this building. The fire sprinkler work is related to the conversion of the existing H-5 & B Occupancies to F-1 & B Occupancies with some interior partitions removed and relocated to create new manufacturing, testing and finished goods storage areas. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
