(TREASURE VALLEY BIBLE CHURCH) * To modify and add fire sprinkler protection in a 1,366-ft/2 area formerly noted as storage to a new commercial type kitchen, wedding coordination room, and new accessible restrooms in southwest corner of existing 30,522-ft/2 church building. The fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of new interior walls, two restrooms, two showers, and new suspended ceiling in kitchen. This remodel is occurring in an area of the building that is Type V-A construction with sprinklers for one-hour substitution. (Fire sprinklered used for one-hour substitution. This fire sprinkler protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
