(ID DEPT OF HEALTH & WELFARE)(WESTGATE CENTER) To relocate 9 existing (mixed model) standard response sprinklers and change out one sprinkler in the interior remodel to a portion of an existing office tenant, in an existing building. Fire sprinkler work is related to some miscellaneous interior demolition work, new one-hour rated exit corridor sections, a new break room, new interior walls and the upgrade of two restrooms. Construction work is will be done in two phases. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00375.
