NOKOMIS POINT OFFICE BUILDING (SHELL) - To install the underground fire service main supply and the overhead fire sprinkler system in a new 3000-ft/2, one story, wood framed office shell building. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. The underground is 16'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC, tapped at the property line on the West, N. Aster Ave. The overhead system is designed for Light Hazard ("B" - office) use only. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00356.
