To provide an output module to the existing fire alarm system to inform the security control room of the signals. The required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system includes HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, non-required automatic detection, special extinguishing system monitoring and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 03-02299) is to enclose the control room, provide security card readers at some doors, and to construct a 6 ft. high perimeter security fence with gate to an existing 5,319 sq. ft. tenant/building per approved plans and CZC03-00082. Work to include new interior modular wall system installation at control room, a new interior door, new steel subframe for interior door, new wall infill in a former interior window opening, some fire sprinkler/alarm work, minor plumbing, mechanical work, and electrical work. Special Inspection required for Hilti Hit RE 500 Adhesive Anchor installations per the Evaluation Report. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. NOTE: This building was constructed in 1994 in Ada County and annexed into Boise City on 12/30/99.
