(NUTRI-VET NUTRITIONALS) To add fire sprinkler protection in the interior remodel to an existing 9,000-ft/2 office/warehouse tenant which is adding two additional offices totaling 544-ft/2 with an additional light storage mezzanine above, that is accessed from the warehouse side in existing building. After remodel tenant space will have 2,044-ft/2 of office and 6,956-ft/2 of warehouse. Fire sprinkler work is related to the new interior walls, suspended ceiling work and a new framed mezzanine floor. This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
