(KORMYLO ORTHOPEDICS) To add fire sprinkler protection for the remodel of a 3,686-ft/2 new tenant space of for Kormylo Orthopedics, located in an existing 10,618-ft/2 space which was formerly "The Children's Store". The remaining 6,932-ft/2 is vacant. Fire sprinkler work is to add heads for a new created office, production area and warehouse areas for fitting and manufacturing orthopedic equipment from the installation of new interior nonbearing walls to divide off this tenant space, which will include creating a reception/waiting area, exam, fitting & service rooms to support the manufacturing, sewing & warehouse area for orthopedics. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
