This fire sprinkler work is related to a new compliant exit stairway with handrails from mezzanine, Other work associated with the building permit, but not addressed or allowed under this fire permit, is modifications to existing structural framing of mezzanine including some new members and connectors, one-hour corridor ceiling repair near new stairway, some new interior walls. This is a Scope of Work Permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
