SPRING RUN PLAZA - (SHELL & CORE ADDITION) - To extend fire sprinkler protection into new 7,450-ft/2, six stories with 2,200-ft/2 basement additions on the southeast side of an existing 58,500-ft/2, six story building with existing 13,750-ft/2 basement office building. The building permit references the inclusion of exterior canopies which are not addressed in this permit. First floor addition: 2090-ft/2, second & third floors: 1980-ft/2, fourth thru sixth floor: 465-ft/2, additions total: 7,450-ft/2. This is "Shell and Core" work with floors, roof, exterior envelope and installation of two elevators within a two-hour shaft. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
