The associated building permit (BLD 04-01255) is to remodel the office area within the existing warehouse which includes two accessible restrooms, breakroom, conference room, one small and one large office area. Other work will include new guardrail and handrail at entry, additional framing to support new rooftop hvac and site improvements, paving and landscaping.
