Description
(SQUARE! - CREPERY RESTAURANT) To add 5 sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 2,520-ft/2, for a new restaurant tenant. This space is located on the first floor of an existing mixed-use (R-2, B, A-2, M) high-rise building. Fire sprinkler work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, a 10' x 16' overhead door, millwork, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01053.
