Description
The phase 1 scope for the fire alarm system will be to remove three (3) notification appliances (all are on one NAC circuit) from suite 104. Two appliances (110cd and a 15cd) will be relocated in what is shown as suite 102 as a temporary location, see the issued plans for clarification. (These appliances shall be wired to the original NAC circuit.)

A resubmittal is required prior to any additional fire alarm work being completed.

8/9/2004 - Revised scope. The five (5) appliances listed above are being demoed under phase 1. The completion of Phase one includes the fire alarm system for Suite 104 and the west side of Suite 100. Personnel will move into Suite 104 and the west side of Suite 100 prior to the demolition of Phase two (see Sheet A1). The final configuration for the fire alarm system will be per Sheets FA1 and FA2.

FIR04-00425 is associated with building permit (BLD 04-01339; Darmody Enterprises) is to remodel to reduce an existing 2,448 sq. ft. tenant space by 1,095 sq. ft. in the northwest corner of the first floor of existing building per approved plans on file. New area total for the tenant will be 1,353 sq. ft. Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new 20 minute rated door and 45 minute rated wired glass sidelight in existing one-hour rated exit corridor, new interior walls and a door, interior finish, some suspended ceiling work, and some electrical work. A new Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. This permit is being done in conjunction with the adjacent suite remodel permit under BLD04-01338 and both permits are attached to the same set of plans.
