(FOREST RIVER VIII-EXIT STAIR UPGRADE) To add one sprinkler head for a new exterior door directly to the outside from an existing one-hour rated stair enclosure, located on the first floor of an existing building. This work is related to a new opening in existing CMU wall per attached structural engineering, some new one-hour rated walls with a new exterior door and one-hour rated ceiling section to extend enclosure to exterior. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
