Also, to demolish a 518-ft/2 area of the existing 2nd floor located directly above two of the spaces and the elimination of the interior stairway access between the existing tenant space and the 2nd floor. Fire sprinkler work is related to tenant expansion, interior stair and wall demolition work and the installation of a new 1-hr nonbearing wall. The work proposed under this permit is NOT allowed to alter the transfer of loads to the foundation. This building is partially fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
