(DOMINO'S PIZZA) To add and modify (relocate) existing fire sprinkler protection for the creation of a 1,746-ft/2 tenant space, to be used as a pizza take-out business. Pizzas will be prepared and cooked within this tenant space. There will be no (sit-down dining). Fire sprinkler work is related to a tenant demising wall, interior nonbearing walls, a walk-in cooler, and a Type II hood. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and for fire area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
