(SARMC - ORTHOPAEDIC JOINT CAMPNURSE STATION REMODEL)(3RD FLOOR SOUTH TOWER) * To relocate/install 7 new SSP fire sprinklers. Fire sprinkler work is related to the demolition between two, existing nurse stations and a Soiled Utility room, to create one open Nurse's Station which includes the construction of fire-resistive walls at closet (reduced in size) and new suspended ceiling & solid ceiling areas. This building is fully sprinklered based on occupancy use. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01245.
