(IDANHA HOTEL) * To install one HSW fire sprinkler head in a grease duct at the top of the northwest stair area of the building. This fire sprinkler work is not associated with any other current construction permit, however, it originated from a bond posted on BLD99-03148 in exchange for allowing occupancy under that permit, with the required kitchen hood protection being uninstalled. This building is fully fire sprinklered per 1994 UCBC provisions to allow it to be too tall and too big. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
