(ALADDIN BAIL BONDS) To add 8 new pendant sprinklers attached to the existing overhead roof fire sprinkler system for the remodel of existing 4,142-ft/2 office/warehouse, by modifying 915-ft/2 of warehouse, to become new office area. This work is located on the far west end of the building. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new interior non-bearing walls, new suspended ceiling grid system in new area. This building is fully fire sprinklered. No ceiling combustible cavity created per FP3 of 3. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01591.
