Description
To provide an additional flow and control valve monitoring for in-rack sprinklers to an existing required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-01255) is to install building access through the east (back) wall into an existing tank storage area which will now go away (not be allowed) due to the a south containment wall being demolished. Also to install 7 new automatic and manual smoke heat vents in the High-Piled Combustible storage area of this facility. All per approved plans on file.- Brico Of Idaho * Install Racking.

The associated sprinkler permit (FIR 04-01255) is to install inrack fire sprinkler protection for combustible liquids storage in high pile racking, located in a Type V-N, 5,865-ft/2 (shown) and 6,772-ft/2 (possible) warehouse space for storage of Class III-A and III-B combustible liquids (Motor Oils, Transmission Fluid, etc.) in containers of 5 gallons or less. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase and high piled hazardous materials storage. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
