To correct by the "Notice of Violations" to an existing required manual fire alarm system, add a manual pull at the double door entrance to the facility, relocate smoke detectors in the nursery and change them from single station to "system" detectors. The required manual fire alarm system includes manual pull stations, smoke detectors in the sleeping areas, rec areas etc. and audible alarms in the corridor. This is a nonconforming daycare per Boise City Ordinance, Section 7-01-70.

The associated MIS permit (MIS04-00176) is to obtain a new certificate of occupancy in the name of Lakewood Montessori for an existing non-conforming day care Occupancy Group E within the classrooms of the Presbyterian Church.
