(SHAPE XPRESS)(PLANTATION PLAZA BLDG B) To add new fire sprinkler protection off and existing shell system for an "Exercise" tenant facility remodel incorporating 2,243-ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related to construction of two restrooms, construction of new interior partitions, the installation of a suspended ceiling system and related lighting. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01657.
