Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of a tenant demising wall along the rear of the tenant space, the installation of a suspended ceiling system, construction of an accessible restroom and new storefront system with security grill. This building is fully fire sprinklered and contains a smoke evacuation system. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as installed. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
