(HEALTHWISE-1ST/2ND/3RD FLRS) This fire permit is a scope of work permit addressing the (1st) first floor New Office only by relocating existing fire sprinkler protection in the existing work room and the now new associated 7'-0" X 12'-0" Office. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new interior, non-combustible walls to create a new office on the first floor. This building is fully sprinklered. Sprinkler system substitutes for 1-hour construction. This scope of work permit shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
