This fires sprinkler work is associated with added walls to reduce the size of this tenant space from 20,674-ft/2 to 11,319-ft/2, with work in the back office area, the reception area, and a new janitor's closet. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
