To provide manual pull stations, smoke duct detectors (HVAC shutdown) and notification throughout a new tenant improvement on the first floor of the MOB #6. A new NAC extender panel is being installed to accommodate the additional notification appliances. The required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system includes manual pull stations, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-01268) is to include new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, fire sprinkler and alarm work, new plumbing, new mechanical, and new electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered and has an alarm system.
