To upgrade the building fire alarm system. The existing FACP will be relocated and fire alarm components added or moved to afford full coverage on notification appliances. The FACP is a UL listed "pre-action sprinkler system release control" panel. It will monitor smoke detectors in the pre-action space (to be defined as Sheet #5 less all items above column line B and the three (3) generator enclosures) and "release" on single action (one (1) smoke detector initiated). The fire alarm system has manual pull stations at all exits, sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown, door release, special extinguishing system monitoring and will be supervised by a proprietary supervising station.
