TWILEGAR RESIDENCE - WASHINGTON MUTUAL BLDG - STE 707) To remove upright and add residential pendant sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 1,006-ft/2 residential condominium for a new tenant. This condominium is located on the 7th floor of an existing 112,000 square foot, 11 story high-rise building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls and two added restrooms. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. All fire sprinkler work shall comply with IFC 903.2.8 and NFPA 13:8.4.5, engineering, red-lining of plans, and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
