(WELLS FARGO)(NEW MECHANICAL ROOM ADDITION)(BUILDING #2) To extend fire sprinkler protection into a new one story, 144-ft/2 unconditioned mechanical room addition to an existing 116,397-ft/2 (to 116,541-ft/2), three story building. (Located on the west side of Building #2, in the open court area between Building #1 and Building #2). Fire sprinkler work is related to new noncombustible one-hour rated exterior walls and roof-ceiling assemblies and some mechanical work. This is a "Scope of Work Permit." This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
