(BOISE SURGICAL GROUP)(ST ALPHONSUS MOB #6-STE 101) To install fire sprinkler protection from the existing shell piped system for the protection of a new 6,207-ft/2 medical office tenant in the north end of the first floor vacant shell space. Fire sprinkler work is associated with the new interior walls and new suspended ceiling. This building is fully fire sprinklered and has an alarm system. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-0545.
