(HEWLETT PACKARD-BLDG #3-UPPER SE)(RESTROOMS UPGRADE) To replace 6 Viking Model "C" fire sprinkler heads on standard "401" canopies with Reliable Model "G" fire sprinkler heads with recessed canopies relocated to center-of-tile, for the remodel the men's and women's restrooms in the southeast area of the 2nd floor. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01967.
