The associated building permit (BLD 04-01521) is to remodel an existing 1,284 square foot tenant space located on the 3rd floor of the Eagle's Building for a new office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, doors, tempered glass sidelights, suspended ceilings, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
