(VANITY FAIR - BOISE FACTORY OUTLETS - BLDG 4) To relocate 6 fire sprinklers due to the new wall involved in the creation a 25,860-ft/2 retail sales tenant space within an existing 32,400-ft/2 building by combining several smaller tenant spaces. This is a scope of work permit only and addresses relocation of 6 sprinklers only. New shear walls are being installed. The demolition of the 2 existing shear walls is covered under the attached building permit. The existing shear walls will not be removed until the new shear walls are fully constructed. Nonstructural demolition was covered under permit BLD04-02037. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase and for fire area. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01860.
