(ALBERTSONS INC)(1ST FLOOR MAIN LOBBY) This is a Scope of Work Permit. To remove 12 (recalled) fire sprinklers and reinstall new for the remodel of a 3,131-ft/2 area in the main floor one-hour rated lobby/corridor of an existing office building. Minor adjusting will be allowed to locate existing drops to center of tile. All work to occur below or within the room-side of the existing one-hour rated lobby/corridor membranes and should not affect existing fire rated construction. Fire sprinkler work is related to some interior demolition work, new suspended ceiling work and new soffit work. This building is fully fire sprinklered and has 60' on all sides for unlimited area. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
