The associated building permit (BLD 04-01652) is to remodel selective office areas (490 sq. ft.) on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors per approved plans. Work includes construction of new interior, non-combustible walls and relocation or adding of new doors to create three new offices, 310 sq. ft. (two of 115 sq. ft. and one of 80 sq. ft.) on the first floor and reduce the size of the existing shipping and receiving area and the work room; to create one new office (90 sq. ft.), on each of the second and third floors, at the southwest end of existing conf. room on each level. To add dual level switches at all new offices with the existing suspended ceiling grid system to remain as-is. PC04-455/drs (HEALTHWISE-1ST/2ND/3RD FLRS) Building is fully sprinklered. Sprinkler system substitutes for 1-hour construction. A Letter of Compliance is required for final.
