(COLD STONE CREAMERY)(FAMILY CENTER-BLDG A1) To install fire sprinkler protection for the construction of a 1,440-ft/2 ice cream tenant shop in and existing shell area. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of accessible restroom, new partitions, installation of suspended ceiling system and installation of walk-in coolers. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01508.
