(STOEL RIVES LLP - US BANK BLDG - 18th, FLOOR) To expand an existing tenant space located on the 19th floor (11,626-ft/2). The 20th floor (3,740-ft/2) into the 18th floor (11,627-ft/2) to be with a Seperate Permit. Fire sprinkler work other than what is shown on this plan 1 of 1 which will include stairway water curtains related to new floor opening between the 18th and 19th floor and a new stairway located in an existing floor opening between the 19th and 20th floor are not part of this permit application/review and will require new permitting. This fire sprinkler work is related to the 18th floor interior nonbearing walls, , interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings and gypsum board ceilings. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-00029.
