POWER BAR * To add one fire sprinkler head in a small entry located in the north east corner of the 1994 main building referenced as a "trucker entrance" and another located in the south east corner of the 1998 addition building also referred to as a "trucker entrance". This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any building permit.
