SHAKOORI OFFICE BUILDING * To install 4", C-900 PVC from the property line on the east side of Broadway and travel approximately 130'-0" east and then south under the footing and up through the floor with Ductile Iron to approximately 6" above the finish grade for the future overhead fire sprinkler protection of a new 1,500-ft/2 single story, office building, on a concrete slab. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00866.
