BMC WEST - (CANOPY ADDITION) To install an extension of an existing dry pipe fire sprinkler systems into the new construction of a 60' x 70' (4,200-ft/2) open, metal framed canopy, with wood engineer trusses, over an existing concrete slab, located on the southeast corner of an existing 29,990-ft/2 building. This area will be used to assemble wood trusses. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Note: This property was annexed into Boise City on 12/30/99. This fire protection addition and related work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
