(MOXIE JAVA - BOISE AIR TERMINAL - CONCOURSE B). To modify and existing fire sprinkler system piping for the remodel of an existing 750-ft/2 restaurant tenant space, for a new restaurant tenant. This space is located in Concourse B Extension of the Boise City Air Terminal. The dining room will have a floor area of 379-ft/2. The service area and storage room will have a floor area of 372-ft/2. The fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, gypsum board ceiling and soffits and a suspended ceiling. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01970.
