The associated building permit (BLD 04-01255) is to remodel a 2,230 sq.ft. area in the south wing of the floor for the admitting and financial counseling offices per approved plans. Work includes construction of new smoke partitions; rated labeled door assemblies; upgrade of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems; suspended ceiling grid system, lighting & HVAC fixture's; interior finishes & millwork all per approved plans. PC04-339/drs. (ST LUKES-1S ADMITTING) A "Letter of Compliance" is required for final approval for scope of work. This building is fully sprinklered as an occupancy type requirement.
