(ACE HARDWARE)(COLE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER) To install 5 new fire sprinklers in a new breakroom, restroom, office, corridor and overhead door in the remodel a 20,331-ft/2 space for new retail tenant. Fire sprinkler work is associated with upgrade of existing restrooms one new roll up overhead door (two are being installed) on rear of building. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01963.
