SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT HOTEL - To install complete fire sprinkler protection which includes 2 wet risers systems, 1 dry system and a wet standpipe system within a new 66,322-ft/2 four story, wood framed, 119 unit motel with approximately 7,100-ft/2 dedicated to meeting rooms, an indoor spa, lobby area and food prep kitchen and a 1,720-ft/2 covered porte-cochere. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire sprinkler protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply is installed under FIR04-00547. This and the underground permit are attached to building permit: BLD04-01267.

Requested walk-thorugh on all corridors:
1. 3rd floor North end line required CPVC hanger 11'-6". (If using ring hanger, w/restraint).
2. 11/4" CPVC line in front of elevator is burned and needs replaced.
3. South half of the 1st floor needs ring hanger restraints.
