BODO DEVELOPMENT - BLDG 404 REMODEL * To add two fire sprinkler heads at the stairway on the 1st floor leading to the basement and straighten one line and add hanger. This is a limited scope of work permit. This work is associated with the building remodel which the building permit associates work located in the basement and on the 1st and 2nd floors of this building, located in "The 8th Street Market Place" and addressed as 404 S. 8th Street. Fire sprinkler demolition work is not covered under covered under this permit. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
