DILLARDS BTSM * To relocate two fire sprinkler heads approximately 1'-0", due to additional furring being installed on and existing soffit located at the south entry, on the 1st (main) level, east side inside. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any fire sprinkler permit.
