(ST LUKES-E TOWER-1ST FLR)(HISTOLOGY REMODEL) To add new and relocate existing fire sprinkler heads in approximately 1,280-ft/2 of existing 12,000-ft/2+, east tower hospital support laboratory. Fire sprinkler work is related to the selective demolition and construction of new interior, non-combustible, walls to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
